CANCELLATION POLICY

Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early Check-in: Guaranteed Early Check-In 1:00 PM: $25.00. If you require access to your room prior to our check-in time of 3:00 PM, add a one-time fee of $25 to your reservation and we will ensure your room is ready at 1:00 PM for your early arrival.

Late Check-out:  Late Check-Out 1:00 PM: $25.00. Stay with us a little longer. Add a one-time late check-out fee of $25 to your reservation and extend your check-out time from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Property and Cancelation Policies

YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS HELD WITH AN ADVANCE DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE NIGHT PLUS TAX. Cancellation notice is required 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur one night penalty plus tax. There are no refunds for cancelation fees or for reservations booked within TWO (2) days of your arrival.

Please note there are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, etc. The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for later arrivals, early departures or no show.

Graduation, holidays and special events. We require (14) days cancellation notice. If your reservation is not cancelled at least (14) days prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus (1) night plus tax.

For reservations made through our website, cancellations or change request must be made in writing to reservations@theamherstinn.com.

• Pets are not allowed on premises. $250.00 fee will be imposed if a pet is discovered on premises
• Rates vary according to dates and are subject to change without notice
• Room rates do not include 5.3% state tax and 5% local tax
• Minimum check-in age is 21
• Cribs (infant beds) are available $10 per stay
• Lost key fee $25
• All rooms are non-smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms. $250 fee will be imposed for smoking in rooms. Please note there is a designated smoking area on property about 100 ft away from all buildings and building entrances

Payment Policy

One night deposit is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance due is upon arrival.

All reservations booked through our website or a third party website, the deposit will be processed within 24 hours of your booking,

We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express.

If your "ETA" is after 11:00 PM, PLEASE call us, so we can make arrangements for your check-in.
