Cancellation Policy and Property Information

• Front Desk Hours: Available 24 Hours a day.
• Late Arrival Note (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM): If you anticipate arriving after 9:00 PM, please call the Front Desk at 434-946-7641 prior to arrival. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell at the lobby doors for assistance.
• Early/Late Options: Guaranteed Early Check-in (1:00 PM) or Late Check-out (until 1:00 PM) are available for a one-time fee of $25 (subject to availability).

Your reservation is guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Any remaining balance is due upon arrival. 

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days notice: No penalty.
• 3 to 6 days notice: 50% refund of one night plus tax.
• Within 2 days: No refund.
• No Exceptions: No exceptions are made for family emergencies, travel disruptions.

Graduation Cancellation Policy 

Note:For Graduation dates (05/15 - 05/16, 2026), Liberty & Sweet Briar College, a 14-day notice is required.

To ensure we can accommodate as many families as possible during commencement, the following strict policy applies to this reservation:

• 14+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will incur no penalty.
• Within 14 Days: If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of the reservation.
• No Exceptions: No exceptions are made for family emergencies, travel disruptions, or changes/cancellations to the college graduation schedule.

• 100% Smoke-Free: A $250 fee applies for smoking in or around guest rooms.
• No Pets Allowed: A $250 fee applies if a pet is discovered on the premises.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Check-in Age: Minimum age is 21 with a valid government-issued ID.
