CHECK-IN & ARRIVAL INFORMATION
- Front Desk: Available 24 hours.
- Requirements: A valid government-issued ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in for the balance due and incidentals.
- Late Arrivals: If arriving after 9:00 PM, please call us at (434) 946-7641 so we can coordinate your welcome. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell at the lobby doors.
- Early/Late Options: Guaranteed Early Check-in (from 1:00 PM) or Late Check-out (until 1:00 PM) is available for $25.
CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY
All reservations require a one-night deposit to be fully guaranteed. Your reservation is not confirmed and the room is not held until the deposit has been processed.
STANDARD RESERVATIONS
- Deposit: A one-night deposit is required at booking to hold your reservation.
- 7+ Days Notice: Full refund of deposit minus a $27.58 processing fee.
- Within 7 Days: Non-refundable.
GRADUATION
- Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable.
GROUP BOOKINGS & FULL INN BUYOUTS
- Deposit: A first-night deposit for all rooms is required.
- 60+ Days Notice: Refund of deposit minus a $250.00 fee.
- Within 60 Days: 100% non-refundable.
Note: We are unable to make exceptions for emergencies, travel disruptions, or changes to graduation schedules. We strongly suggest guests consider third-party travel insurance to protect their trip.
INN HOUSE RULES
- 100% Smoke-Free: A $250 fee applies for smoking in rooms or on walkways. Smoking is permitted only at the designated Octagon Gazebo.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on premises. Violations result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction without refund.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Check-in Age: Minimum age is 21 with a valid government-issued ID.
