We are 100% Smoke Free and No Pet Hotel.
DEPOSIT POLICY
One (1) night deposit is required at the time of booking.
CHECK IN POLICY
Check In 3:00pm. Guaranteed Early Check-In 1pm - $25.00. If you require access to your room prior to our check-in time of 3pm, add a one-time fee of $25 to your reservation and we will ensure your room is ready at 1pm for your early arrival.
Check Out is before 11:00am.Late Check-Out 1pm - $25.00. Stay with us a little longer. Add a one-time late check-out fee of $25 to your reservation and extend your check-out time from 11am to 1pm.
Check In requires a photo ID and credit card. Must be 21 years age.
NO SHOW POLICY
No show will result in a charge of ONE (1) night stay plus tax.
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed on premises and a $250 fee will be imposed if a pet is discovered on premises.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are given only on cancellations made 2 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. In cases of cancellation within 2 days of your arrival, regardless of reason, the guest will be charged one night plus tax. PLEASE NOTE: There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, etc. Refund policy also applies to early departure or late arrival.
During special events, graduation and holidays, minimum nights maybe required and cannot be altered. Any cancellation or change request to your reservation must be made in writing to reservations@theamherstinn.com
