HOTEL POLICY
We are 100% Non-Smoking and No Pet Hotel.
Sorry, we are no longer serving breakfast since the pandemic, however, we added complimentary welcome snack baskets in all of our rooms.
DEPOSIT POLICY
One (1) night deposit is required at the time of booking.
NO SHOW POLICY
NO SHOW will result in the charge of ONE (1) night room plus tax.
PET POLICY
No pets are allowed on property. $250 fee will be imposed if a pet is discovered on premises.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required at least TWO (2) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation (2) days or less prior to arrival date, there is cancelation fee of ONE (1) night plus tax.
During graduation, holidays and special event, if reservation is not cancelled at least (2) days prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus one (1) night plus tax cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
For reservations made through our website, any change request or cancellation to your booking must be made in writing to reservations@theamherstinn.com.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, etc.
